LEGAL NOTICE

The Shalersville Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 13, 2026 at 7pm to review changes to amendments in Article II definitions. Changes include: Industry/Heavy, Industry/Light, Excessive power demand, the word “Use”, and a land owner’s request to amend the zoning resolution related to the administration and enforcement of conditional zoning certificates. Their regular meeting will follow immediately after the Public Hearing.
