BZA Meeting - Sep. 25

On September 25, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Shalersville Town hall, located at 9090 State Route 44, Ravenna Ohio, the Shalersville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 PM. The variance requested by Patrick Fox 10187 Dawnwood Court, Streetsboro Oh is for a reduced setback from 80 feet to 40 feet (section 312.C.) at his property located at 8890 Price Road, Ravenna Ohio.
